What can be booked online, today, with a card. Be warned that most of it is a day trip to the island — coach, ferry, a few hours ashore — and not a boat you charter once you are here. For that you ring somebody: the operator list has fourteen captains and their own numbers.

That is the honest extent of what a platform will sell you for this island. The charter fleet is not on them — almost every captain here takes bookings by phone and nothing else, which is why the list exists.
