• Payment, cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies are set by the operator
• Safety standards, vessel maintenance, and insurance are the operator’s responsibility
• MV Boats is not a party to any transaction between you and an operator

3. No Warranty or Guarantee

We strive to recommend reputable, vetted operators, but we make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

• The quality, safety, or availability of any third-party boat experience
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by operators
• The outcome of any booking or experience arranged through an operator

All information on the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Assumption of Risk

Boating and water activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, sea conditions, and equipment hazards.
